I am Fouziah Abd Rashid. You can call me Fouzi.

About Me

I am passionate about helping especially first home buyers, and helping people realizing their potential and get into the property investment and create the life they want to live. I would consider that I am the to-go-to person for information on the latest real estate market.

I am “retired” from my previous industry and Real Estate has become my passion now as working with people is where I feel most fulfilled and uplifting. So here I am in a new industry helping people in achieving their life dreams!

My aim is to build a healthy and wealthy lifestyle, bringing more family time and life balanced to us which I belief there is a huge gap in our current journey.

You can expect an authentic experience of over 35 years in various industries, defined by honesty, integrity, and expert advice. With the benefit of extensive life experience behind me, I thoroughly understand the complexity when you are starting your life and looking for that dream home or realizing the investment opportunity in properties.

As a member with the Buyer Agent Institute in New South Wales, which is a network of Buyers Agent, you are open to residential and commercial potential properties throughout Australia.

In South Australia, I am partnered with various RE Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Conveyancers, and Inspection Officers who can be of assistance to you from the GO Day!

And ultimately, I am a social cyclist who loves coffee and eating healthy which is currently my lifestyle.

My Services

Purchasing your own property for the first time is scary and full of responsibility, and the most important purchase in your lifetime. We represent you in all the Real Estate transaction, from finding your dream home, whether you are upsizing, downsizing, and investment in the property market.

Our expertise and guidance will make your journey as smooth and perfect as possible. We work to find the properties that meet your needs and negotiate on your behalf to secure the best possible price and terms. We have access to data search tools and databases that allow us to search for properties that can best meet your needs. We also help with the paperwork and logistics of closing the sale.

We are partnered with various Mortgage Brokers throughout Australia who will directly assist you from getting you pre-approved, set you to the best financier, arrange the conveyancing, and finally hand you the keys to your new home.

Other Services

We also directly assist migrants who are arriving to South Australia to start a new life. This service will enable you to arrive and straight away have that home in Adelaide or any suburb of your desire. Rental search service is another niche service from us as we understand the difficulty of looking for a house in a new country; not knowing where a good suburb is, near a good school for your kids, are there local transportation available and much more information that you would require to settle down in Australia. No worries, that’s the reason we are here.

"Highly recommend Fouzi to anyone who is looking for a rental in Adelaide! Without her, we would not have been able to find a rental before we moved here from Singapore. The process was smooth, easy and took lesser time than expected to secure a rental! Fouzi is very experienced, knows what she is doing and understands what we are looking for. Cannot thank her more!"
Lucia Ngiam, SA
"My name is Meghdad, and I am from Iran. I came to Australia with my family. When I arrived here, I was looking for a place to live, but since I was a newcomer, nobody would rent their property to me, until one of my friends, who has been here for five years, introduced me to Fouziah and gave me her number. I called her, and she started looking for a home for me. After two weeks, she found a house that we liked. By the way, please keep in mind that since I was new here, I had many problems; nevertheless, she still found us a house we liked. We are thankful and looking forward to our new life in Adelaide."
